Light of Elune for Nelfs

Since WoW Forever is out and gave us guidance what Nelf racial passives should look like in Vanilla+
it would be really nice to get Light of Elune as racial passive for Nelfs in Octo too... pretty pls

Elune's Light Increases critical strike chance by 10% for 15 seconds.

Blizz put it instead of Nature Resistance, personally I think Wisp Spirit is much more useless but whatever

Humans already have this racial but instead of 10%, they get 2% crit.
