Earthen Ring reputation missing

Greetings, I opened a ticket some time ago and was told the issue was being escalated to a dev. But I wanted to upload a screenshot and explain further:

Earthen Ring reputation is missing entirely from my reputation tab. I loaded a clean client without any mods or addons and the issue persists.
I think I did every Earthen Ring quest available to my class (Undead Warrior) and was ready to start turning in Cores of Elements when I noticed I couldn't keep track of my rep at all, I only know I'm still Neutral because I see the NPC names in yellow but that's it.

I have a suspicion of what the problem may be, I did the Hippogryph Egg repeatable quest a couple times and noticed it was giving me both Darkspear Trolls AND Darnassus rep, although the notion of turning it in 3600 times and getting to neutral as Horde is funny I think Darnassus rep might have taken the spot of Earthen Ring rep in some table.

We are making the effort as a hardcore guild to get all those Core of Elements together and I don't want them to go to waste, I would love some insight before committing with the turn ins, thank you very much!

Forgot to mention, the affected character is Rattleplate in C'Thun server.

As per Wowhead:

An Extraordinary Egg which rewards you with a Box of Goodies and 10 reputation with Thunder Bluff or Darnassus.
A Fine Egg which rewards you with a Box of Spells and 10 reputation with Darkspear Trolls or Darnassus.
An Ordinary Egg which rewards you with a Box of Rations and 10 reputation with Thunder Bluff or Darnassus.
A Bad Egg which rewards you with 9 silver and 10 reputation with Thunder Bluff or Darnassus.

I haven't got the Extraordinary Egg yet, but the other 3 turn ins always reward BOTH reputations.

Another update, I said fuck it and committed with the turn ins anyway, I just hit Friendly, I just cannot see my progress so I have to keep track manually.
