I have regularly seen members need OS spec over MS rolls, and I am pretty sure its one of those guilds with a core group of players that know each other just using the guild to get gear for that core group.

Ironically, OP self-affirming their statements on women in gaming - sorry, not sorry. Going to the forums to cry for support seems... almost like what they want/expected/directly told you to do. Anyone who is in this guild for 5 minutes will know what they are about and can make the decision for themselves, we don't need a public statement. You're veiling victimhood when your real motivation, which is revenge. Sorry they were mean to you. Would you feel better if they didn't know you were female and just called you a pussy instead? Op is delusional and toxic demanding loot that sucks for own class. Because to lazy to do pvp for their pvp items, imo all of em should be deported to pvp server so we can enforce our own judgement and punishment.

If its a guildrun it doesnt matter gms wont even interfere eveb if ninja's, but i dont think they had trollspec rolls.

I don't know how it is in other guilds but usually detailed rules are posted somewhere, most likely on Discord.

They rolled loot and someone won, then they went back on it and gave the loot to someone else. I mean just sounds like terrible leadership. This is why you have SR and HR, freerolling loot is exactly that freeroll anyone can and will roll.. you cant be upset with people who were rolling for an upgrade regardless of who needs especially when it was obvious they had no real plan because these guys have clearly never lead a guild. As a GM you have these rules set in place to avoid conflicts and it is fair to everyone, but i can see the guys messages he is clearly a scumbag and is just trying to get back at the ex guildmates.

Yes because warrior tanks roll on healing items right? Also i dont play on same server+ ive been doing loot in guilda for ages. If some one rolls and isnt suposed to roll they didint win shit.

You can make up whatever backward logic you want to defend this disgusting creep, but it'll never make you right would love to see your guild where you cancel giving loot out mid raid to someone who SR'd an item then tell them no and then give to someone you think deserves it and not have this reaction happen.. any good leader understands what i said. It's obvious you call out bad SR's it is why it is setup and locked before almost all raids even in my guild things get caught and you sit and explain it.
