Stuck on login - Authenticating - Using VPN

I logged in perfectly fine about 1hr ago. Everything was smooth. All of a sudden i can't login at all.

When i connect VPN to netherlands it gets to authenticating then i get DC'd
When i connect VPN to america it gets to connected then i get dc'd.

I just can't seem to login..

Anyone got any ideas or having a similar issue?

I've had the same problem for a week; I logged in at 10 a.m. with no issues, but by 11 a.m., it was impossible to connect.

I havent been able to log in in weeks, every time its stuck out "Authenticating" the DC

It seems like other ppl can play, Ive been using a VPN and trying various servers with no luck, so Im assuming they're just alright with the player loss cause I havent seen any significant updates yet

I've not been able to login since the update today/last night, was fine but now I'm just stuck on connecting, I've tried logging in for about 30 mins now and just can't get it at all. I guess it's just more DDOS?

yeah this sh.t is crazy. For more then 2 weeks i cant log in after 7pm i just cant. I had to use vpn and even with that sometimes i cant go in. Fix please this its flustrating forcing me to leave server complety after 3y of playing on octo and full time here. Like what should we do. Devs DO SOMETHING. I know its about protection of server but came up with something i am not alone or server die.

It's happening to me again today.. Legit right now..

I've changed my location several times on the VPN and still cannot connect. Gets to Authenticating and that's it today.

I managed to get on early this morning for around 20 minutes.

Can something be done so i can actually login in play the game? (American VPN sometimes lets me in, but my ping is so high, it makes it not fun to play).

Anyone have any suggestions i can do me to help me connect?

I'm enjoying the server and some of the people I've met are have been really helpful in game. Decent private server.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA.

I'm wondering the same thing; I haven't been able to log in since yesterday. It's a shame, because I think a lot of people will leave if only a few manage to connect while others can't and not getting any response from a moderator on this forum makes it even more frustrating.

2072 online right now. Many are able to get online, while sadly some cannot. We just got a response on the situation on the 4th from Kestrel. I would assume not much has changed since then.

Okay, thanks for the info; let's hope it gets sorted out. What I don't understand is why some of us can't connect while others can; do they have a solution to the problem?
