Target Health Always Displayed for upcoming PvP realm

I was told its a client/realm/server issue and not lack of an addon that every target, to be precisely enemy player target- on classic client has health dispalyed only in % and not in total amount

I really cba playing pvp and literaly not knowing if the target is stacked juiced up twinked enemy with 2k hp over me and i should just dip or not
Imo this is so baseline and so default, the pvp realm should have this turned on by default, no addons needed, thats why many people dislike and avoid classic/1.12.1 realms, the basic game features are missing, this one is one of those
