The launcher should not be updating your auto-loot settings or auto-installing DDLs. There were some issues with that several versions ago but should all be patched out now. Is this something you experienced with the newest 1.4.3 version of the launcher? Could you please let me know which DDLs were auto-installed with that version?

Unknown AIO block handle: 'OctoRadio'
Interface\FrameXML\AIO\AIO.lua:558: attempt to call local 'handledata' (a nil value)
This is a different bug due to an outdated client patch-5. But we have updated the newest patch-5 to not display these errors if it becomes outdated in the future. Please update your Patch-5.MPQ file via the launcher or from a freshly downloaded client.
I've deleted Patch-5.MPQ file and ran Launcher to re-download it. The error is still there

"• Fixed talent inspect for other players"

I never had any issues with this before, but after this update I cannot inspect other people. This is resulting in bricked logs on Chronicle. I have a parse raiting from sundays MC the 11th, but after this update I got a blank parse last night on ZG when I started to look into this and noticed I cannot inspect or be inspected. I have the turtle_general addon that seems to fix it for other people.

The following dlls get auto-installed with every patch, despite everything being unchecked in mods, and auto-loot gets activated, with the latest version of the launcher:

UnitXP_SP3.dll
VanillaFixes.exe
VanillaHelpers.dll
VanillaMultiMonitorFix.dll

Those are all files included in the client torrent, as long as they are not checked in the launcher they will not be in the dlls.txt and will not be used when you launch the game.

This and the report about the auto loot being set on leads me to believe you may be re-installing the entire client. Downloading a new launcher patch should not change your auto loot setting, but re-installing the entire client again would do that.

Alternatively, if you are always launching from the exe then you are likely never applying the autoloot patch to remove auto loot. If that is the case then just turn auto loot off in the launcher, and launch the game once from the launcher. Then your WoW.exe should be patched with auto loot off.
