You are missing the whole point. We are/were BETA testers and got to do content early. New levelers feel a pressure that we do not feel, to level as fast as possible and not enjoy their experience. We punish players who are only just able to sign up now because we got the privilege of starting early. Just because YOU are unaffected doesn't mean those people aren't.

I don't understand why would anyone not enjoy the experience because they are not perfectly geared for a specific raid release. Majority of people who played turtlewow were not in any of the raid releases and they had a good experience.

If you don't understand then you don't understand. There is definitely a pressure levelers right now are feeling even with only MC being out. I wont comment anymore on this and I'll let other people chime in.

I am also not happy with BWL already releasing 1st of August. New people still need to lvl their characters and even raid MC and also because of the summer vacation time.
I would bet a lot of guilds can't even raid MC because they are still looking for players / or are waiting for them to lvl (at least that is true for the guild I am in).

I would suggest pushing the release of the next phase at least one month back, if not even more!
The phases also are very short, some with only two months - for the phases I would suggest 3-4 months.

Please to not fumble this, most of us are patient and see the bigger picture here with the sign ups only fully opening a few days ago. It would be a grave mistake to pressure all these new players to rush through the awesome leveling experience.

I'd advise the team to stretch out the roadmap a bit more too. If they want- they could add small custom content patches between the phases to maintain the hype. For example, Octo team can add patches updating existing content per Turtle's plans:
