any time set for ony/zg buff on allaince side?

Nah, unfortunately there's no real schedule or anything like that. I'm not sure how familiar you are with how the buffs work but it does help so I'll explain the basics.

For Onyxia and eventually Nefarian, the heads are handed in and the buffs goes out shortly after. There is then a two hour period where even if someone hands in a head, the buff will not go out. So for example when you walk into SW, you can physically see Onyxias head on a spike and know that it's on cooldown.

For ZG there isn't an internal cooldown. Whenever a Heart of Hakkar gets handed in, the buff goes out. It's very hard to track or make estimated guesses on when it'll pop. I was afk in Stormwind while browsing the forums and just caught an Ony buff for example as this is close to our peak population time.
