Nzoth needs crossfaction battlegrounds, the factions are too imbalanced otherwise. E.g. some classes are largely missing from one faction or the other, it’s not only shamans and paladins, it’s also hunter (alliance), priests (alliance) and warlocks (horde).Moai wrote: Sat Oct 24, 2026 1:15 pm
But I just don't understand the approach of not enforcing separate faction pvp. I know that on PVE realm people are doing cross faction, but for battlegrounds separate factions should be enforced. This is what Warcraft was built upon, Horde versus Alliance. and keep PvE for convenience shared. But it feels wrong to me to do cross faction pvp. I would urge developers to really re-think this.
Before crossfaction on turtle we not only had extremely long ques, but also mostly very boring games or 4 classes on horde vs 4 other classes on alliance, again and again.
What could be done to appease faction exclusionists on PvP realm, is to have BG matchmaking favor same server vs same server, and have yshaarj faction exclusive teams vs nzoth mercenary (mixed) teams sometimes
