How is it fine to get wiped at the last boss and be forced to run to him for 15 min?
So you'll learn to be more careful the second time. Archadeus in Uldaman has a very similar approach. Very hard boss you don't wanna wipe at.

how is it fine that mobs don't drop anything?
I haven't noticed that, this might be an actual issue. Doesn't make the dungeon itself bad in itself, this one is easily fixable.

how is it fine that a dungeon is so bad that you woudn't want to run it a second time?
how should new players know that X new dungeon sux they should avoid it and go to regular dungeons?
why would you need to do any research on a simple low level dungeon so that you woudn't wipe and some min maxers woudn't reply -"get gud"
It doesn't suck, it's just harder. And they wouldn't know it if they run the first time, but they'll sure know for the second time, and they will tell their party to be careful and approach the dungeon cautiously as to not wipe. The patrols are heavy in this dungeon, a skilled group will know to wait and pull carefully. A even better group will know to CC.
Last boss has 2 simple mechanics, and either you learn them quickly by wiping, or you have a player who already ran the dungeon before and they'll tell you, because they don't want to wipe and run 15 minutes back. And if you fail these 2 mechanics for the second time, than yes, you have to "get good".
