Realm first BWL, DC and no title

Not sure where to ask for help or who to ask, since I've had this ticket since sunday the 1st:

Hi,

I was participating in our guild's Realm First BWL run today, but suffered a disconnect right after Vaelastrasz and was unable to log back in. The rest of the raid received the title upon completion. Could you please review the logs and award the title to my character as well?

I can confirm Claude and Anfall raided with us and tried to get back into the game during the whole raid. We had multiple people reporting difficulties logging in over the course of hours in the last couple of days, and I am aware not every single case can be looked at by GMs. But these ones aren't like any dc, they prepared and fought like the rest of us. It would be meaningful and fair to approve this appeal.

Can confirm this is legit Anfall & Claude got DC unable to login. Servers been unstable is out of our control but both would have got the title if so.

I can also confirm that Claude was in our raid along with anfall, these are core members of our team that go all the way back to tel'abim turtle wow.
