2 Trojan virus found when trying to download MODs

Not sure which mods had them but my windows defender found 2 trojan virus when i was trying to download the mods from the launcher. One was something to the effect of "Susch1ller" and i forgot what the other one was called. Something starting with a V. Can you guys please advise on why these are there and what to do about it?

Im also seeing that there is a trend of people calling the Octo client a virus honeypot. That is not my intention here. I just want to know if you are using the trojans as a workaround or if you even knew about them.

They are a false positive because of the dll injectors necessary to add the tweaks to the executable

Launcer is open source
You can always use the turtle install and just change realmlist
There is a Python script to download all he necessary updates, without the need of the launcher
7k unique logins and nobody complained about anything fishy
