Hey guys, I am saddened to hear that the level caps idea did not pass.
It's what it is, maybe we can make up for things with another attractive feature beyond the usual, literally just anything that will freshen up the experience.
How about giving an actual respectable amount of experience for slaying players that matches the usual effort/risk it takes? It'd be cool to join a PvP server and PvPing being an efficient way to level up!
How about 6 to 8 mobs equivalent? It's really easier to just kill 6-8 mobs than a player, yet it'll make pvp leveling rewarding and a great adventure!
