Protection Warrior Comprehensive Review

According to the TWoW 1.18.1 patch notes, the devs had planned a future "comprehensive review" of the Protection Warrior tree. Seems like most (if not all) classes and trees had gotten some significant changes that patch, but Prot was almost entirely skipped over because it required more significant work than the devs had time to implement.

Please continue the work that was planned and give this talent tree the proper attention that it deserves.
