LAUNCHER VANILLA FIXES INCOMPATIBLE WITH GAME VERSION

Hey,

So I've found the culprit of why the game refuses to let me use more than 1600x1200 resolution. It turns out that the current Vanilla Fixes 1.5.3 on Launcher isn't compatible with current game version. I tried to run VanillaFixes manually inside game folder and it was giving an error that I need to make sure game "WoW.exe" was between 1.6 - 1.12 version.

This caused other mods like MultipleMonitorFixes to not work. So I disabled every mod on the launcher except the DVXK 2.7.1 and MANUALLY installed VanillaFixes from Nov 2024 the 1.5.2 version specifically is what works right now.

You can then download the latest 0.2 version of multimonitor fixes if you use it on your set-up here.

Once extracted on your game folder, you need to run VanillaFixes there or via shortcut to your desktop.

DO NOT USE LAUNCHER TO UPDATE or you'll have to redo the extraction + copy & paste again.

In my case, so I can keep up with launcher version updates, I created a folder and just pasted all the files there I needed to paste back incase.
