Can I still boost a character using a level 59 and/or single target skills ?
Do you think you will be able to generate applicable rules ?
Are you using AI to create rules ?

Like the one that allow PvP while in cross-faction raid when you are aggressed, making your same-faction-than-the-attacker healer in god mode because he cannot be targeted ? making pvp useless in the end because HEALER AS THE RIGHT TO DEFEND ITSELF !!
