Launcher Update redownloads whole client

TLDR
Updater tells me tehre is an update, and after launch it started to "update" but instead of a quick update for some files, launcher started ti redownload the whole client fo rsome reason. and atm it is on 147% of update (see screenshot)

UPDATE: Only solution was to delete client and re-download whole gmae.

ye same for me, i used direct wow.exe to launch game, in this afternoon i'll try another time to download entire game in new directory, if the problem still there.
