Boosting Rule Clarification

Given the recent conversation around how boosting rules are enforced on the server, we wanted to make our stance clear.

The rule addition has been reverted, and our GMs will not be taking disciplinary action against boosters assuming they are not violating any of the rules set forth by Turtle WoW.

We instead will be relying on mechanics to enforce any current or future anti boosting policies and have adjusted some of the mechanics already to help with this.
