Call of elements Addon

Has anyone found a working version of the add on for Octo? When i try and load it through the launcher it tells me it has missing dependencies and I'm a noob to this kind of thing.

Hey dude, I grabbed the one from the TWoW wiki. I must admit I haven't done Call of Earth yet - just joined yesterday.
