Player surnames
The idea is simple and probably easy to implement as well. Having player surnames would give everyone the ability to recognize friends and fellow guild members no matter which character they are currently playing on. This would make alt-oholics lives much easier and much simpler, and it would also help in the Identification of multi-boxers and other rule violators.

Also the developers would have a lot of wiggle room in HOW they implemented such a feature. It could be mandatory, opt-in, or opt-out. The point is it would massively simplify identifying oneself to both other players and employees of OctoWoW!
