hello i seem to have been permanently banned after yesterdays server restart but i dont really know what the reason was. I barely use chat and dont think that ive had any transactions of any sorts with any players. please elaborate on this thank you

From my perspective, your had some very problematic chats in some private groups, but kept it out of world chat. I maybe would have gone with a mute instead myself and a warning, so consider this ban the warning. Stop with the N bombs even in guild chat.
