We did not ban the whistleblower, he is not a whistleblower and has provide 0 evidence of anything to us. He is welcome to post any evidence he has and is always welcome to email me it as well. He was temporarily banned for posting absurd ragebait in this thread.

Darkshado joining raids where he for whatever reason had the habit of dropping group to kill PvP flagged opposite faction raiders and then getting invited back. “Oh, but if this is true, why would the raidlead invite them back?”.

We need system similar to Epoch where you get a 10-minute debuff for participating in PvP, which prevents you from interacting with the opposing faction in any way (except pvp ofc)

Gearcheck Claims:
I don't think we have ever had a "Gear Check" for a k10.. that's insane.

We don't even have a gear check section in our discord lol.. do we expect better than greens (Yeah) but we take fresh 60 trials all the time.

EU Team Claims:
As for the claims on our EU Team being left behind or a "feeder" myself and all the NA players made alts to help get their team off the ground and actively recruited people to fill the EU Timezone so they didn't have to stay up until 3am.

Now the EU Team is totally self sufficient and clearing content under Bearchief, Darkshado, Drogon and Soap's leadership. We all work together to accomplish goals, clear content and make the game fun and refreshing.

Market Manipulation:
Controlling a market is totally normal in classic wow - its how we paid for our guild bank and 3 tabs in it already. we use the eyes of shadow to do that on top of high end crafts that we do sell to the public but at a premium. we all agreed as a guild to gate keep recipes to drive the prices up so we all could make money. is it scummy, maybe, but that's something i am OK with. I come from a game that gatekeeping and controlling resources is king and i bring that mentality to WoW for better or worse.

World Bosses:
World Bosses in classic wow are highly sought after and contested by guilds. We simply beat you all the the punch. we all made warlocks and clickers + Spys and have rotations to check for things. This is apart of the game and we see the value in doing it as it will leapfrog our progression later. We have had one instance that i can think of where a non Levia member attended a world boss and funny enough it was a member of Panda on a azuergos kill. This player didn't even receive a item ( I Think?) either way we dont sell loot... lol.

No one in my guild has been banned for cheating or any other thing other than a druid very very early on in the servers lifecycle who was dual boxing challenge characters and warned multiple times and got banned. RIP Dru.

it is still insane to me that classic wow has this much finger pointing and shit throwing over a 20 year old game, what we do as a guild has zero effect on any of you or your day to day playing experience. If any member of Levia is effecting this playing experience in a negative way make a ticket and it will be dealt with by a GM and or message me with receipts and i can look into it.

You know, talking about zero effect is at the very least hypocritical, since market manipulations and world bosses affects, if not everyone, then many. Yes, it's normal to a certain extent, but there's no need to act like complete assholes about it. Just because the server community starts to hate you doesn't make you cool. /my personal opinion

Not to mention the fact that all the cases of ninja looting that I saw and threats of bans were from members of your guild. But that is more about individual players. (I didn't write down names because I didn't make a big deals of it at the time, because that there are assholes in any guild)
