Lack of GM's?

Hey!
im just curious i been waiting on a respons from a ticket in game for 6-7 Hours now?
Isent there any Game masters left? :S

i really hope it gets better with the lack of GM's i have big faith in Kes and the dev team love the job they are doing and for hosting the game we all love!

We are unfortunately still in the midst of reworking our GM and Moderation structure/team/guidelines. We still will likely have some gaps in our availability but it should improve a bit once we get finished with it.

This ticket is also a tricky one and needed Developer escalation from the look of it. If you could, please make your new character with a random name, then send me a DM of the random name you selected. Then I can fix/adjust your character to the correct one.
