Muted on PVP realm, warning on account

I was muted for 24 hours 2 days ago on the PVP Realm, apparently by a GM that can't spell because just noticed when I log into my account it says "Your account has received a warning: Misleanding players by encouraging deletion og System32"

This was the context of the mute in world

Apparently also a humourless GM... I mean the mute itself was a bit ridiculous. My comment in context of the previous comment was obviously a joke, as was the comment I was responding to, but then now I get an ominous warning on myaccount every time I login makes it even further absurd.

Don said it wasn't him and it was likely a new GM. Whoever it is, is a certified hater it would appear.
