Highlight Challenge Modes for New Players

The most common question new Octo players ask seems to be about challenge modes.

Would it be possible to have a popup dialogue at character creation pointing out to/reminding players that they have only one opportunity to apply a challenge to their character.

You know this is gunna sound weird...but i would actually like to see the Glyph merchant come back...while its current layout is simpler...the vendor had a certain appeal to it in that you could really think on it...
