Random Server-side Lags

Has anyone else encountered a problem of long server-side lags in random moments for random duration? Does anyone know solution?

I will try to explain it:

My usual latency according to the game is about 60 ms.
Sometimes server is lagging for me and gives 0 response. It can last from a few seconds up to even 1 minute!
Despite this lag being long usually it doesn't always disconnect me from the game - I'm in the game but server gives 0 response, I'm literally freezed in that world.

I didn't have this problem on Turtle.
My client is copy-pasted one from Turtle WoW 1.18.1. I only used Octo launcher to update this client.

I can't imagine playing with such lags in raids and in battlegrounds.

Today is the first time for 2 months I haven't disconnected for LONG time. Over 8 hours session, 0 disconnects. Seems like it was server's issue but it's fixed hopefully.
