That would be great to make it easier for people that want to participate, to register by advance a list of participants so that they can be TP without asking multiple times to join.

On my side as an example, I really wanted to participate as I got many questions to ask, but no GM answered me when I asked a summon...

In order to reduce GM frustration and by making it more professional, a calendar with an invite system would be better than chatting in world chat.

We do have plans to revamp how we handle fireside chats at some point in the near-ish future to make them a bit more streamlined and easy to access. In the meantime the summons have been automated so if you whisper a GM (who is handling summons) "123" during a fireside then you should get summoned automatically.

Will there be a recap posted on the forum on what was said during this fireside session ?

Also, I whisped "123" to a GM but it didn't do anything... maybe unlucky.
