two week suspension without a reason

Hello,

I'd like to appeal my two week long suspension without a given reason on grounds that I haven't had a single instance of rule breaking or have received any warnings for any behavior I've exhibited whilst playing on Octo.

Alternatively, I'd like an explanation what have I done that prompted an immediate two week suspension without even a warning.
