Why was I banned ?

Hi my paladin holyballz was permabanned for RMT I’ve never bought any gold or any real money trading only thing I’ve ever done was donate through the website for skins and race change.

You’re saying I’m a gold seller?? Or that I’m buying gold?? I’ve gotten some gold before for tanking dungeons that’s the closest I’ve come to “buying gold” but never was there REAL money involved I think it’s a bit unfair I’ve poured hours playing on this server and grinder hard for gold you can look at where my character has been farming gold and tanking dungeons non stop smh was so close to finally completing my 0.5 set you guys play favorites when it comes to this banning and unbanning on your server I’ve read all your appeals . This is a false ban but so be it thanks

Then walk me through why you received 200g on July 14th in the mail please, I'd be happy to verify anything you tell me including player names, emails, content you cleared together, services you rendered, ect.

How am I supposed to remember character names? Have you seen the hours I’ve put into raids? Countless players have traded me or mailed me gold in return for tanking / healing services I would go back through my mail but I’m banned and can’t see . I helped farm UBRS as a tank about 100 times for various players look for their class pieces. I understand it can seem sketch and I can definitely moving forward keep tabs and ask any player to specify in the mailing subject or body what the gold is for . Permanent ban just seems so overboard… the only time I had I put into this character

You've only run UBRS 6 times in total... all of which were days after the gold was mailed to you. 4 days ago someone you've never interacted with in game mailed you 200g, someone who is a known gold seller. 2 days before that a separate known gold seller who you have also never played with sent you 100g through the mail.

Take the L, start over, and stop buying gold. Or go elsewhere, either way.
