BUGGED Tome of Tactical Escape 1 SHOP ITEM CD

Greetings,
I tried to refund the rewards shop item: Tome of Tactical Escape but the refund didnt work since "couldnt find item in my inventory". However, the HS CD is now back to 60 min instead of 30. Screenshots Attached. Sent a /bug yesterday but didn't have any response yet.

UPDATE!! - Was just informed on a Customer Service mail that they are aware of this item issue and it will be fixed in the next update
