[FIXED] Lv60 Hardcore character missing after dark portal transfer

My character has been restored and everything seems to be ok. Thank you Octowow team.

I've got an in game ticket response saying it was caused by a new bug and the character should be restored soon.

I got level 60 a few days ago with no announcement, i didn't really care that much and logged off.
A day later, i logged on and went to the dark portal to transfer. I got disconnected and my level 60 character is missing.

Edit: Issue has been resolved.

I have exactly the same issue.
Transfer took place around 12.00 server time today.
