Call Of Elements Missing dependencies

Hello I ask this question for all the fellow Shaman that just start to play on Octowow.

I successfully run all the suggested add-on in the launcher that I like, but when trying to run Call Of Elements it warn me about missing dependencies.

I would like to know if anyone successfully was able to make it work and in that case what are the steps to make this add-on available?
