Add bug tracker in-game

Heya,

first off, really appreciate everything the team has done and is doing. Please consider adding the bug tracker in-game. I would be more likely to report the bugs I find, and I'm guessing other players as well. I just don't want to leave the game to report a bug.

yes an easier way to submit bugs through a user interface redesign would be ideal. the temporary url link given in the automated server messages is minimal and not convenient to use
