Lower the restock timer on the Darkmoon Ring

Hello!

Currently, the BIS vamp ring is the Darkmoon Ring, purchasable for just 5g at the Darkmoon Faire Exotic Goods vendor. It has a restock timer of 12 hs, meaning it's heavily camped (I'm aware of the JC ring, but it's objectively worse, which also makes the JC ring obsolete).

IMO, this is a bad design decision. Are we really rewarding camping an NPC vendor to see who can log in first after a reset? I would propose lowering the timer down to something more reasonable.

I think the cooldown is fine, considering the second best vamp ring gives the same amount of vamp, and a tiny bit of mit from 12 instead of stam. For people who can't camp the ring and or don't live close to the server, that's always a good option.

I always felt this was one of the most poorly designed parts of Turtle WoW.

You basically can't get this item unless you bot it, which should be against the rules. Last I checked the same guy was standing there for like 3 days straight, that's clearly not legitimate gameplay.

Yes, I've also been standing there for days with no luck, because a botter always ends up getting it. I've reported the 2 I saw, but I still have to keep wasting my time hoping another botter doesn't appear in the next restock.
