Blood Elf Bandit Mask

In Thalassian Highlands, there are many NPC's wearing the Blood Elf Bandit Mask. Hell, even in the TurtleWoW High Elf race announcement video, there is a customization option showing them with the mask on at some point. Yet in all DB's it is not present as a drop. I don't know how it got missed in this case on Turtle--as well as here. Please make it a non level exclusive world drop from these mobs similar to the defias mask (BoE would be good, though). Would be a legendary addition and overall add some contribution from the custom content side of things from the High Elves being added.
