Multiboxing on Challenge Characters Post 60

I'm curious about the rules for multiboxing after a character is lvl 60. Obviously the rule is to prevent people from invalidating the difficulty of a challenge and boosting their characters. However, as worded, a lvl 60 character that has done a challenge also cannot multibox. This is obviously down to an interpretation on whether the challenge is completed or still active. My ui tells me what challenges a lvl 60 has with the active challenges on mouseover, so I don't think I'm being too silly for wanting some clarification.

TLDR:I finished leveling a challenge character and was wondering if now that he's lvl 60 if I can use my other lvl 60 to help him gear up.

Yes! Once you have reached level 60 the multiboxing rules no longer apply to you as you are considered to have completed the challenges.

But at HC server you always in HC, and on PvP - in PvP challenges, even on 60, no?
