I would like world buffs to be available in all major cities. This would be a nice quality of life feature that would help people not feel obligated to set their hearths to Stormwind and Orgrimmar. I like Ironforge a lot but it sucks not getting the buff. It would be nice for leveling alts too. Maybe you could give it a few minutes delay before it reaches the other major cities for RP.
