Can't Install Through Launcher/Black Screen

I can't install OctoWoW through the launcher. When I do, it tries to verify files and gives me an "Error: File size (4004713057) is greater than 2 GiB." So I tried downloading the client from the link on the fan discord, and it installed fine, but the launcher still doesn't work, and I can't put the game into windowed mode or past 64hz or it just gives me a black screen.

Are u running launcher as admin?
