Ingame Vampiric Touch Rank 2/2 reads as follows:
" Increases the percentage healed by Vampiric Embrace by an additional 5% and your Vampiric Embrace now causes all party members to also gain mana equal to 2% of any Shadow spell damage you deal. "
The problem with this is that according to the Octo WoW class change website, it's actually supposed to increase Healing by 10% and make you gain mana equal to 4% of any Shadow spell damage you dea.
So the talent was implemented with only 50% efficiency.
It should look like this.
" Increases the percentage healed by Vampiric Embrace by an additional 10% and your Vampiric Embrace now causes all party members to also gain mana equal to 4% of any Shadow spell damage you deal. "
