Given the most spicy topic here is clearly the BG EXP nerfs, our thoughts on this are simple. BG's should not award 50% more experience then all other forms of leveling.
Out intention is not to stop people from getting to 60 or force them from questing and anyone arguing such is doing so in bad faith. After these changes BG's should be ON PAR with other forms of leveling, if you want to do BG's to level you can, if you want to quest to level you can. Both will get you to 60 at about the same rate.
If you feel the leveling speed overall on the server needs adjusting that is a separate conversation that has been had before and will continue to be had. Please be sure you are addressing the correct concern in your posts.
Today we have on the pvp server:
- players who have level 60 character for both factions;
- we have those who can not get 60 in any way because they are stuck somewhere in the dungeons trying to fully dress their character with better gear and so on every 3-5 levels;
-someone specifically stopped gaining experience every *9 levels to enjoy the winning BGs.
Having it all what kind of balance in gaining experience are you talking about? It's pointless to talk about it, just like it was pointless to reduce the experience with BGs. Because I got my 35-60 lvls on BG, and there were days when there were no BGs. And in those days, I refused to do quests because I wasn't participating in the mythical race for exp that you're talking about. I had 0 gold after this leveling, but I don't regret it, but I feel sorry for those people who could have avoided doing these boring and exhausting quests and instead enjoyed the battles on BGs.
