I'd like to suggest removing the faction restriction on donation shop utility NPCs, such as the Repair Bot, Bank Mule, and similar convenience summons.
Since this is a cross-faction server, players from both factions regularly group together for dungeons, raids, and other guild activities. The current restriction creates an awkward situation where only players of the same faction as the person who summoned the NPC can actually use it.
This becomes especially noticeable during guild content, where everyone is playing together but some members can repair, access the bank, or use other utility NPCs while others cannot simply because they're on the opposite faction.
These NPCs don't provide any gameplay advantage—they're purely quality-of-life features. Allowing all players to use them would:
Better support the cross-faction nature of the server.
Improve guild and group activities where both factions play together.
Make donation rewards more practical without affecting game balance.
Encourage players to share utility with the entire group instead of only their own faction.
Since the server already embraces cross-faction gameplay, it would make sense for these donation utility NPCs to follow the same philosophy. I believe this would be a small but meaningful quality-of-life improvement for everyone.
