It's bad. I mean really bad.
I am making this post hoping something can change for better. Unfortunately, the amount of not working talents almost only increases with patches.
Abilities not available in the game:
-Earthshaker Slam
-Water Shield
-Earth Shield(ranks above 1)
Talents that do not work as intended:
-Elemental Focus(only procs on spell casts)
-Improved Molten Blast(not working at all after latest 1.18.1 rollback)
-Call of Earth
-Ancestral Knowledge
-Lightning Strike(only with staves, does not consume shield charge)
-Elemental Weapons
-Storm Strike(does not increase dmg)
-Totemic Mastery
-Restorative Totems
-Improved Water Shield(didn't work for a brief moment that Water Shield was in the game)
-Undertow(as above)
Shaman so far has been really broken. No wonder it's the least played class on the server now.

Call of Flame
Elemental Fury
Earthquake
Spirit Link
Shocks do not seem to scale with melee attack power (despite tooltip).
Molten Blast does not refresh Flame Shock duration.
