Does the SS+Cleave combo not work anymore?

Tried it while levelling and sweeping strikes doesn't proc at all when you use cleave, bug or intentional? Please don't fuck warrior levelling any more than it already is

It works fine with cleave and ww. It won't proc if the swing is absorbed tho, which is a bug.
