If you buy gold from someone, get banned for it, then the gold seller feels bad, or you convince them to give you more gold because you gave them money, that is RMT.

First you gave them money, they gave you gold, you got banned.
Then they felt bad or something because their services got you banned so they gave you more gold (only because you gave them IRL money), so your banned again.

After that, I created a new account, and the person HIMSELF offered to give me gold.
In fact, I didn't transfer real money and received the gold as a gift.
