hi i m raxitou officer of OST ARDENT guild when i try to log to our guild banks account all the character don t appear again

name of the characters :ostherbo,ostenchant,ostjoaillier;ostpotion,ostcompo,ostmineur,osttdc,ostconso,ostitem and ostbazar


It s only guild reroll we had this to unlock the guild bank soon no gold buyed only members participation

we had half of the way done for the bank it s only for organisation .

can we take all the characters back plz ?

I believe you are logging into the wrong account, there was no ban applied.

You have two accounts named XXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXX1, your XXXXXXXXX account has zero characters and your XXXXXXXXX1 account has 10 characters on it. Please do let me know if you have issues seeing the characters on your XXXXXXXXX1 account though and we can try to help you debug that.
