For now you should be able to select a language in your account management section of the website which will translate the quest text and more. We will be getting the launcher updated with more language support SOONtm though

Is there any plan to expand the German translation even further? Currently, a few areas are still in English:

Skills Menu & Spellbook: Skill names (e.g., Attack, Raptor Strike) and their descriptions.
World Map: Location and zone names.
Loading Screens: Tooltip hints.
