Hello, we bought a guild bank, but it is only accessible in Booty Bay. Could you please tell me how to access the bank from Stormwind and Orgrimmar? The NPCs there are inactive.

It’s been six days already. Can anyone say why the NPCs in charge of the guild bank in the capital cities are inactive?
