Shamans too tanky

Shamans were a very strong class for PVP even before 1.18.1
In this patch they became unkillable for classes with normal damage if they took the new tanky talents from the beginning of the Enhancement tree.
Their armor and shields were so strong that several normal damage dps could not kill one shaman sometimes.
This caused very unbalanced battlegrounds, where sometimes there were 6-8 shamans on WSG, and 10+ shamans on AB.
Another problem was shocks damage, that made shamans into tanks chasing you with instant damage bursty spells with no way to counterplay it.

I'm not asking here to nerf shocks damage here, cause I don't know if it will be as strong in low gear. But it requires some testing.
I'm asking to do something about those tanky talents. Move them into the far bottom of the Enhancement tree, maybe?

Shamans are super tanky and bursty in melee while having top tier instant ranged attacks.
I'm fine with them either being a counter to melee or casters but they can't fold both a mage and a warrior at the same time.
I'm personally for moving the tanky talents at the end of the enhancement tree and reducing frostshock damages.

I'm curious which "tanky talents" you are referring to at the top of the Enh tree. One is a 5% extra stat value, the value of which is entirely dependent on gear, and the other gives extra block/block chance when using a shield (which most Enh shams do not do in PVP).

You do realize that the mail PVP set gives shamans almost 1k+ bonus HP compared to equivalent PVE gear? This is normal.

Maybe the the talents that increase their armor wich all restos get for free because spending more then 23 talent in resto tree is a joke for pvp. Why bring up random talents ?

He specifically referred to the first row of talents in the tree, neither of which makes the shaman particularly tanky OR provides armor like you are saying. Maybe revisit the shaman talents before making incorrect statements.
