Unable to post in Suggestions

Hi,

I'd like to make a suggestion regarding the recent Battleground XP changes, but I don't seem to have permission to create a topic or reply to existing topics in the Suggestions forum.

Is this intentional, or is there something I need to do to gain permission to post there?

I'd like to post some feedback regarding the 50% Battleground XP reduction, so I'd appreciate it if someone could clarify how I'm supposed to submit suggestions.

The (old) Suggestion subsection has been split into three separate subsections under the PvP, PvE, and HC sections.
