Dual STV fishing event

I want to start off by clarifying that this suggestion is across all realms, even though I write it up in the PvE section one.

I propose the STV fishing event to be held at 9 am and 9 pm Server Time on Sundays. This makes the event accessible to everyone across the world, and it also makes sense from a fishing perspective as real world fishing enthusiast know the time to fish is early morning or late at night.

I love this idea, the fishing event can be difficult to do depending on where you are in the world, one extra time slot would help many out in making it more accessible.
